Korea Pictures
Finally, here are some of my favorite pictures from our 13-day trip to Korea. We had such a great vacation! I took almost 400 pictures, so I had a hard time choosing which pictures to display. I will make three different blog posts. The first two will have pictures from Seoul and the border with North Korea. The third post will have pictures from the east coast of Korea. Also, please check Kendra’s blog if you want to see different pictures from our trip.
I will start with a funny picture I took outside our hostel in Seoul. I think the garage was too small, don’t you?
Here is the Seoul Tower. We took the elevator up and had great views of the whole city.

The bathroom even had a great view!!

One of the most interesting parts of our trip was our tour of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) on the border of North and South Korea. I think everyone who visits Korea should visit the DMZ. It’s amazing a place like this border still exists. It’s very sad, but also very interesting to see in person. This next picture is a very common sight around the
border – barbed (or barb) wire. It’s everywhere.

The wireless internet signal is going away again, so I’ll end this post here. Check back soon for more pictures. Bye.
