Hello everyone, welcome back from your summer vacation. We talked about day trips, longer tours and visiting your family graves because it was the Oban season. In class we looked at words that join two clauses-but, because, although and so. Although the grammar was a little challenging, you practiced so you could improve. You completed Grammar Bank on page 129 individually because you wanted to test your understanding of the rules. The Pronunciation activity on page 23 classified letter "a" sounds "cat, train, saw and computer", but the spelling patterns varied within each category, even though the sounds were the same. Reiko and Fumiko, your homework is 3 Vocabulary activity on page 23. See you next week.
