Carlos said he had good time in the class and is looking forward to teaching it starting in April. He said you talked a little bit about the Kyoto Protocol and he showed you the trailer for the documentary An Inconvenient Truth. I don't know if there has been much about it in the news here in Japan, but Al Gore is taking a lot of heat (pun intended) for his energy use.

Next week we will talk more about the debate structure and then make up teams for each side. You won't get to pick the side you want to debate. The assignments will be made at random.
