Susumu had a good time on his trip to Yamagata and he said the train part of the trip went smoothly. He was the only person who did anything special. Everyone else said they worked or stayed home.

We went over the homework and then started the new lesson. The theme tonight was music and there was a short quiz. The people in this class don't know much music trivia. I think people would have been lucky to get over 50% of the answers correct.

The homework for next week is pp. 128 and 129 and we will start with #5 on page 21.
